Electrical/Mechanical Assembly

AT1, Inc offers assemblies for both Electrical and Mechanical assemblies.  We can build assemblies that are labor intensive from low to medium volume and we can build fully automated systems for higher volume programs.  We can build assemblies with the following required applications:

Intensive and time consuming hand labor

• Intricate Soldering, flex circuits, LED’s, etc.
• Ultra Sonic Welding
• Testing, Equipment Supplied, or we develop
• Heat Staking
• Secondary Machining
• UV Adhesives
• And Many More

Many of our assemblies require 100% testing of electrical circuits, which utilize low voltage LED’s and flex circuits.  Packaging of the finished assemblies are critical and many use trays with individual cells to prevent shipping damage.  Quality is our top priority
