AT1, Inc builds tools to meet your rapid prototype needs using various tools steels such as, aluminum, pre-hard, hardened tool steel, or a combination of steels to meet your part requirements.  Our production mold tools are Class A and designs are always presented to the customer for their review and approval.  Most of our production tools will be good for a minimum of 1 million shots, contingent on the type, tool, steel and resin.  So whether were building a one cavity or multiple cavity we’ll always present competitive pricing, fast turn-a round, and meet or exceed your quality expectations.

At1, Inc offers extensive knowledge and experience of mold design and tool building and will allow your next program to go through our Program Management System with a high level of confidence that the tooling is being engineered correctly.

We use the innovations in mold making technology and sample, as well as run production with a developed cycle and window study to ensure dimensional stability.
