We work with a variety of prototype and production stampings in a variety of close tolerance and high quality custom applications, such as Lead Frames, Terminals, Switch Contacts, Compliant Pins, and Wiper Stampings.  We’ve utilized various materials with various hardnesses including Brass, Copper, Steel, Beryllium, as well as plating to your specific needs.  Also, secondary operations such as extruding for threads, insertion of inserts, machining and metal inlays are some of our other capabilities.

We can produce blanks from the following technologies:

• Photo-chemically Etched
• Laser Cut (Aargon or CO2)
• Wire Burned (EDM)
• Die Cut

We can form parts from the following technologies:

• Kick or Arbor Press
• Break Press
• CNC or Baltec Rapid Prototype Machine
• Progressive Dies for short runs or exotic materials
