Program Management

Program Managers expedite and engineer each new program to the acceptance by the customer.  We are the customers engineer inside our facility.  We are innovators/problem solvers who specialize in the art of custom manufacturing.  The Program Manager coordinates the customer’s project activities within AT1, Inc.  to perform the job function of tracking all build phases, completing the program expeditiously, at a competitive cost, and per the customers requirements, while always maintaining quality.  Most importantly, we document and communicate all issues to our customers, findings in our design & development phase, tooling samples, meetings, and program progress.

Our vendors have been selected, based on the ones that have helped us the most in a programs success and the vendors who have a strong sense of urgency and pride to their accomplishments.  Our vendors are leaders and the best in their industry, as well as the technology they offer.
